  • Product must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition received
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind after the product has been used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect items received
